Hidden talent, or something most people don’t know about you: Singing, love O Mio Babbino Caro, Darude Sandstorm, Hymns and all nursey rhymes to our grandchildren.

Place he/she has never been that wants to go: Inca Trail, Machu Picchu

One animal he/she could be: Lion

One person to swap places with for a day: Richard Branson, not sure how someone runs 400+ companies. Even more perplexing is how Richard Branson seems to be having the time of his life running them. He’s been called the definition of success. It’s not because of his net worth, but because of his happy as a kid attitude. I’m not inspired by Richard Branson’s billions – I’m inspired by his joy.

Favourite superhero: Superman – He’s smart, honest, and always trying to do the right thing. We all know that the Man of Steel is an all-round good guy.

Favourite Blog: Men’s Health Australia

What he/she likes about Supersmile Orthodontics: We have a fabulous team that works together to create a wonderful practice environment. Working together every day, each member of our team brings their best self to work and tries to infuse that positivity and upbeat energy into every task they take on. This energy is contagious, and our patients realise that we are doing great work and can have a great time doing it.

People.  We like to work with people, and we certainly get a lot of people time.  It is a very caring profession, and the relationships are the best part of it.

Warm Fuzzies.  Yes, folks, the warm fuzzies are real.  We get a chance to help others and even change lives.  Our job is to help make people smile– not a bad goal in my book.

Solutions.  Every day we get the chance to offer real, concrete solutions and actually fix things for people.

Creativity.  People may not realise that there is a lot of creativity to be an Orthodontist.  On some levels it’s very pragmatic and scientific, but the actual work is like carving or sculpting.  It is an art. We have many opportunities to use our creativity for problem solving.
